By the way a mate was recently selling the same model bike here in sydney, perfect as a donor bike, i am not sure if still available

I believe thats not an 89...Wrong fork, square section frame when it should be oval...I could do with another one...

Looking at the photo's its pretty much identical to my 89 rmx 250 except the frame should be blue and no headlight.

Looks like a 90 model, the forks and clutch cover are wrong for an 89.

The 3 bolt fork guards started in 92 before that they were the 2 bolt "slot car" guards. Fork caps are definately wrong, removable clutch cover is 90+, not RMX (not "snail Cam" chain adjusters). My thoughts are 92.
