Title: HELP!!! Why can't i remove the SPEEDO drive on my TT500 front wheel??

Never felt so useless and embarrased. I can't get the front wheel off of my '78 TT500.  SPEEDO drive is holding it up.  Something about a CIRCLIP.....?     anyone had this??    Thanks,   Jay in ALBERTA CANADA.

Have you got the axle out or is that your trouble?

The circlip you talk about merely holds the speedo drive together. It simply replaces the collar & seal (22 & 23) in the other pic.

I did get the Axel out after a time. What an ordeal. I'm going back to the PROFAB for a while.   Thanks for the help.
