This is to make the 360 twin pipe into a 401cc. It's actually a retro fit as it bolts to a sidepipe bottom end (now you know where your bottom end is going Tony). Extremely well made and Milos Herink from Czech is great to deal with bar the language barrier.
Standard bore size so the crank has been stroked. All new parts.

Would your dad like to adopt another son?

He couldn't afford another one. He can't afford the one he has. :D

Too cool, I love the engineering, pity the 360 can't get into pre 65, it'd be great to see Maico 360 and CZ 360 dukin' it out in front of the Brit heavyweights 8).

How did the long stroke conversion end up Brad, haven't seen anything about it in ages

Went well tony but it stalled for quite a while. Goes like a side pipe and is awesome. Finally got it together and as sorted as we could before the Aussie titles. There was some stiff competition in pre 70 but it made it to the front in the first race and got the win. Second race it broke the gear lever shaft so that was the end of that. Definitely worth the effort.

Always the cheap part that breaks & luckily easily replaced back home
Had seen mention of the stroked motors being used in Europe before but you're the first person I actually know to have 1, am I correct in saying that it's not just the twin pipe that the kits are available for?
