Not sure where this question should go, but here it is........
I've found an owner's manual under the seat of a bike and the pages are stuck together because of moisture.
Would it work to soak the book in water again and gently work the pages apart, then dry it again?
Has anyone tried it?

Tony, you could use the same method you've been using to separate the pages of your Playboy collection....... ::)

I suggest you find a forum frequented by pubescent boys, it's most likely they'll have tons advice to help with this little pickle! Pardon the pun :D :D :D

I'm sure that you had a fair idea of the juvenile responses you would get Tony before you posted this. I reckon your idea would work. Why not try it on a book that doesn't matter first?
Cheers, Grahame

To be honest, this manual isn't exactly worth a lot of money, but it does look like it's got a sales docket inside as well and it would be nice to save that.
As for the rest of you bastards.............

:D that's why ya love us buddy ;)

Put in the freezer .... then defrost it in the sun, the pages should come apart ;)
-
Do I wet it again first, Stewy?
Or just freeze as is?
Thanks mate.

Put it in the microwave. Same as when you want to open someone's mail. Have to experiment as far as timing goes. J
-
Just put it as it is, when you get the pages apart put grease paper ( lunch paper) between then. If it won't come apart, hit it with a misty spray and try Jerry's method ....
-
Jerry beat me to it...try the microwave or if that fails, try steam.

Bloody hell!
Either freeze it or cook it...... decisions, decisions...... :D
