I went to the Oran park reunion at Hunts Motel
I was fortunate to sit at a table which had past crossover star riders who had made there mark on both road racing and dirt track competition.
Leo Pretti booked the table for those seated which included Ray Curtis, Eric Debenham, and Fred Boyd who all competed spectacularly at Oran park as well as being stars on dirt track.
Along side of me was Vince Conquest (the original Pancho) who was one of the many there on the night that had appeared on the first motorcycle race programme at Oran Park.
Great to see faces and names that hadn't crossed my path fifty years or so.
