classic ebay post and it's easily translated from sales pitch to an actual description

"...IT HAS REAL GOOD COMP..." 
means he's been kicking it over for ages and now has a sore leg

"...NO SPARK (I HAVENT CHECKED) WAS TOLD IT GOES WELL..."
means it doesn't go and he has no idea why

"...ITS A PROJECT IN MY EYES.."
means he can't fix it and doesn't know anyone who can

"...RUFF AROUND THE EDGES..." 
means it looks pretty bad

"...NEEDS A BRACKET WELDED ON..." 
means he doesn't have a welder or know how to weld

"... ITS GOT POTENTIAL !..."
means if someone else spent $$$$$ on the bike it should be quite good
