It looks like it has a MK frame,not exactly pre 70 ?

The frame number starts with MF, going by the owner, he will confirm the frame number.
1968,69,70 MF, MG,MH frame numbers will not match engine numbers, looking at it closely, the bike look genuine.

Correct MF 1969 frame, four speed motor, i think it's Col Evan's old bike
