Title: 84 KX250 Kicker replacement

Does anyone know if a newer model kick lever will fit an 84 KX250? I know the 85 and 86 will fit but was wondering if the 92 onwards has the same diameter shaft. I snapped the boss on mine today and need to find an alternative.... any help would be appreciated. thanks

HEY STEVO. MY '82 RUNS A '83-84 KDX250 KICK SHAFT (SAME AS '84 KX SHAFT IM SURE) WHICH HAS A '89 KICK LEVER ON IT.

Thanks Grunter, I have an 82 KX250 also but it has the clamp style boss. The 84-86 has the thread and nut on the end of the shaft. I think the 89 has the thread/nut setup? If you have a 84 KDX shaft then it might be good. cheers
