Well everyone must be digesting this as i dont see any response, could be caused by we know how it feels to be annoyed by someone doing thier thing and not giving a dam about others or we all think that if its ignored things like this will go away. this sort of behavior is what gets rideing areas closed. Just saying ;D

Well, who knows what the real story is, but if it's as reported, then I reckon CR22 could just try giving a little to get a little.  It's all very well to say I'm just a fun guy who likes his fun, but maybe not everyone else wants to join in...

Maybe he lives near a pack of whingers? Was interesting to read each time the Council went there they found no 'code violations' (mirrored sunglasses a must when you say that), geez Dean Wills made a 5km track at his house at Kulnura has track days etc etc, as much as you can see it's one bloke whinging about a a few karts at 70 dB FFS.

Is "irregardless" a word? What does it mean, that "regardless" doesn't already mean?

Oh, and yeah - 70dB at the boundary sounds like the neighbour could be a whinger. Depends on when Reed is on the carts, and where the neighbour's house is relative to the boundary.

I have noticed the construction of a new house directly across the road from Nepean dirt track and am wondering how long before the new resident wil start whining about dust and noise ???
Ther should be a covenance on properties that are located near sports facilities, pubs , and most importantly tracks so that when you purchase a property near one of these fcilities you have NO grounds for complaint.

Chad might just have to start inviting the neighbours over for a fang ;D

Perhaps time Chad got a bit green and planted some vegetation as a buffer, that may slow the complaints for awhile.

Yeah, 70db isn't exactly wildly intrusive is it? Funny what people do though. My ex-wife's mum's neighbour, just 50m away, built a test track in his backyard to practice on his.... wait for it... racing ride-on mower!!   ;D

Maybe he should just buy his neighbours out.

Remember what happend at Amaroo as people started to move into the area . In the begining there was just a great place then the whingers started to move in .
