Can you dirt track guys tell me what tyres are available to suit Evo class bikes for oil tracks?
Rather than go to the expence of lacing 17" wheels are there 18" or 19" tyres available so i'd only have to build a front wheel? Are Dunlop k180's still around?

Sounds like you're planning a trip to Temora?
Sorry I can't help you Johnny, I'm from the 19" front & 18" Rear K70 era.
I'm sure we'll find out.

Dunlop K180's are available from Team Moto. Come in 19 front and 18 rear. Go for the 120 / 90 rear over the 130 / 80 as I think the 130's are meant to be fronts for TW200's. Maybe I'm wrong but the 120's are much better built (if you know what I mean).

That's what i used in the mid 90's when i did a lot of vintage dirt track at Tivoli & Maryborough. Is there anything a bit softer compound? They don't wear and not as grippy as 17" wets

Has anybody tried the Duro H308? Supposedly a Pirelli MT53 replica. Might be good on older bikes.

Possibly Temora but mainly thinking of doing a couple at Maryborough.

John, you will get away with a 21" front at Maryborough. It's a looser surface than down south. I'm trying a Mitchy HP4 up front and a Pirelli MT43 on the back on the modern this year, should be as good as gold.
