After googling for some time I cannot find the make model of this car?

Looking to to a restore as a present but I would really like to see a photo of what it should look like.

Ok it is a pedal car but I am sure someone here will have some knowledge or even may be a expert on these ones.

I don't know but the decimal point needs to go 2 places to the left.. ;D
