I saw Harry Everts ride one of these in a display ride at a vintage meeting at Sandhill Ranch CA back in 1988 and the sound of that Puch still resonates in my head. Not only is the 'Pook' one of most desirable of all vintage bikes, they're fuc*ing fast let me tell ya. Lackey and a bunch of old stars were riding in this display on close facimiles of their works bikes from their glory days and Harry made 'em look like they were riding TS90 Honchos, the only blokes within a cooee of him were Buck Murphy on a factory 77 Can-Am and Doug Grant on his ultra trick works AJS Stormer. I once bought a 175 Puch MX thinking that some of the chutzpah of the twin carb 250 might transfer over.....it didn't, the 175 is a very pretty but really basic little bike with little race potential.
I'd have the Puch twin carb in my shed in a heartbeat, especially over that cocked up RH ;D.

He only bought that bike at Diamond Dons in April 2012... :o

Looks like it took his wife until Christmas 2012 to find out about it. ;D

I might add a carb to the 175. Can't be too hard can it :P
