I think it says $25K, but it might as well be $250K. ;D
-
It has a buy it now of $250,000.. Even at $25,000 he's dreamin..
There's already 2 other threads on this bike.
-
Is it just me or does this just look like a beat up old bike, where is his proof that it is a factory bike

He's got no proof and it's not a factory bike. It's merely a rough as shit RH75 with many of its important bits missing.
-
My thought's exactly Mark.
I think his/her listing is just a wind up.
-
Here's my RH250 for comparison, not the best pics..

-
I'm having déjà vu here...
-
No, that's the alcohol kicking in, Brad... ;D
-
It if doesn't have one of these, it's NOT an RH.

Now some numbskull has put a bid on it. So it's worth at least 25k ::)

Faark! I better get mine on US eBay!
-
What is the go with the extra shaft below kicker???

For right hand gear change for the euro riders who were used to that setup.
-
The extra shaft is RHS shifting, for European riders, presumably. Only on an RH and a distinctive feature of the breed.
I have been corresponding with the seller... he's full of it. ::)
I sincerely hope that bidder retracts or maybe I need to list my RH soon... ;D
-
I think the fact that Arizona Mike is the only bloke sticking up for the seller puts it all in a nutshell.
-
Steady big fella! :o
And AZ Mike isn't actually being too complimentary in any case! :-X
-
I have posted emails to him as well, to warn anyone watching that there are some serious doubts about this bike and his ascertions.

Late '74, layed down shocks, ali arm, billet leading axle forks, etc, etc. Genuine works bike.
By early '75, the works bikes had up pipes and were pre runners for the RM series.
This eBay seller is kidding himself.

We've already confirmed its a 75 production RH with 76 RM front end and tank. The US didn't get the production RH's like the rest of the world did.
-
2 bids now $25,100.. they are obviously worth more overseas than they are here! :o
-
had plenty of question to answer!! still won't give frame number.
-
This guy is full of it. Its a RM with some works parts if that. I ask him if i could come and look at it, he said i need to buy it first.

It's a limited production RH250 the same as mine but with an RM front end and tank. Look at the engine, piston port not case reed= RH.
He is talking it up to be a lot more than it is though
-
I have a 75 RH swinging arm , perhaps i should put it in my RM 250B and stick it on ebay for 15K ;D
-
a dreamer and a dick licker :o,tells porkies and cant see it getting to reserve
-

:D :D :D
-
Auction over, did not meet the reserve. He should have set the reserve at $25,001.00 ;D
-
He should have taken the $25,000 and run! I read through the comments and the guy is a genuine tosser..
He was denying that it had the wrong forks and tank and talking the bike up to be something very special. He's either a massive liar or an extreme fool!
-

Or Both ;)
-
Not sure if this has been put up before but found this test on the RH in Australian Motorcycle Action from Aug 1975 and thought it may be of some interest..... (Hopefully it will be readable)

-
Well that's a fail. If any one is really interested in reading it I will try and find another way of posting it instead of using photobucket.
-
I would like to read it, I've got 2 Trail & Track tests on the 74 & 75 RH's but never seen that one..
-
Well that's a fail.
