Title: Fork oil change
Post by: Paul552 on December 21, 2012, 10:14:18 pm
Planning on changing the fork oil on my yz125d not really sure where to start. Oil weights heights etc

Can anyone offer advise on this?

I have done this on modern bike before but not the old ones.

Are any special tools required??

Any tips on what not to do?

Thanks in advance Paul

The 250 and 400 use 338 cc of oil at 15 w . if thats any use to you as a start point . Iain

Thanks Iainyz

I think I will get the shock rebuilt as well.

Can anyone recommend a good suspension tech in SYD that is good on the old bikes?
