Hi Andrew, I have a few 3R4 cylinders. I wouldn't say they are in great shape though.
But I'm really trying to find a good original bore 4V3 cylinder. As the porting is slightly different.

Cheers Andrew,
Seen them mate, there are both rooted! One is 71mm the other has been re-sleeved
& is at 71.5mm. I'm chasing a GOOD cylinder, one that has a lot of life left in it.
And one that has not been re-sleeved.

Yeah Craig,
Got a 3rd over 3R4 one of yours too ;)

Turns out I've got 3R4's as well (bought them as YZ's ???. You're probably better off with one of them anyhow. A nicer ride I'd think.
I do have a NOS 4V3 cylinder but you probably want to hang onto that second kidney for a rainy day...... ;)

I think a properly re-sleeved cylinder is quite acceptable, Why are you concerned?

I agree "IF" it's done correctly. I'm not concerned, just prefer a standard bore original for a spare that's all.
