Need desperate 495 bottom end or even borrow one for bit.

Is that a reed valve set of cases or the piston port engine?

It would be the reed valve 84 model I have a good barrel and head new piston etc

Why don“t you install a new sleeve into your cylinder and leave it at 92.25 mm bore for standard piston?: Probably it will be cheaper and easier to get than finding a usable cylinder.

I am about porting mine. Seems lot room to improve it.

  Waring . yes it true to look at the ports look dirty and mist match!!!!!!!!!!!

  Just match porting wiil do a lot and will chang the way the power come ..

   But I can not ride to the max or 3/4 of the 52 Hp so why do you need more ????
