Very nice, good starting point if you've got the gearbox although he mentions that he has a gearbox which may fit

Well spotted Tony and it'll be interesting to see how high it goes.
Bit of difference between an ESO and a Jawa value wise but still a great bike.

Ad says it's a Eso motor that was gone over by a Jawa specialist but you probably know better than me, he has a grass track roller for sale as well

Actually Tony I didn't even read the description but looking at the photo it has plain Jawa rocker cover, the first Jawa's had a removable inspection plate like the ESO's.
I'm certainly no expert ;)

eh?  what's wrong with that?  Looks good to me!  At that price a chuffing bargain.  I am sure it will go for much more.  I would gladly make room for that one in my garage (not sure where though!).  The motors absolutely fly and compared to other engines, it can still be rebuilt for sensible money.  Plenty of smiles pee mile  ;D

Go on Jim, that green one would look good in the new shed. Nice bikes, all of them.

That's the white one, that's the cheapest Metisse I've seen in ages. The green on was pulled. Compare the 3300 quid Eso Metisse to the 9000 quid Matchless Metisse, I know which one I'd take but...it also shows that the Matchy is the one to own for a good investment.
