A top day at the ACT end of year bash - perfect weather, fun track, lots of guys giving it a final squirt for the year. But they gave Foss his own session - twice! It was good to see him and the Hagon turn a few laps, and he gave it a fair old twist of the throttle which was pretty keen given a pretty worn rear tyre and wet conditions early on. I managed to get a few photos...

Many thanks for taking the pix, Graeme, EA and I had a ball all day, great weather, great track and great people. Congrats on your podium in the yearly score for the Pro Lites.
It was a bit wet , first time out and I managed to fill meself in !! anyhoo things went a bit better the second time out, although I will admit to binning it on the speedway bend, too wide and too high a gear, more of a little lie down than an off, musta been time for me Nana nap !!
Ea and I are truly honoured by the Life Membership bestowed on us both by the ACTMCC.

Glad you liked the pics Foss and good on you and EA for the life membership. Well deserved!
I had a good time too, the RM250T actually went OK, much better than I expected. I had no plans to race it, but now I reckon I'll put a new piston in it and take it out for the Pre 85 class. It shouldn't come last with any luck. Young Gerard had his first serious ride on the dirt track with his 06 RM250. He's popped a new Vee Rubber trials tyre on it and by the end of the morning he was circulating quite respectably. He should be front runner in over 35s except he's the world's crappest starter :)
He'll have to work on that! He also is building a '69 TS250 weapon for the Pre 78 class. It's looking pretty good so far. Here he is giving the RM the berries today:
