Title: 1984 CR 500 R

Hi. I've got 1984 CR500R. I cannt use my leg to use the std back brake. So this is the plan. Am going to put a rekluse core clutch in & swap the clutch leaver for a back back brake leaver. So Am looking for a 1988 CR500 disc brake rear end to fit onto the 1984 CR500. Regards Pete

You could always use a thumb operated rear disc brake on the left handlebar like Mick Doohan did and keep your std clutch.

Talk to Mike about that.
He told me the set up cost.
Cheaper to use Rekluse or clake with disc rear end.

Yep clake is good, For project to work, still need hydraulic disc brake rear end.
