Title: water pump seal dt200??

i have noticed a bit of oil in my radiator floating at the top.. how ever temp if perfect and there is no water in gear box but just to be sure want to renew water pump seal
dt200L does anyone know if i have to buy genuine or can i get it from a bearing shop..
is it the same as any other bike ie yz etc thanks

Don't buy an after market seal, use original only. I will price one for you as I am a Yamaha dealer. Sounds more like head gasket or cyl.

i thought Dt200 where air cooled, or am i too old school

ah yes bad gasket...makes sense however i would assume performance would be greatly compromised hard to start that sort of thing...ill check it over again tomorrow.. if u could price up a head gasket would be great too thanks

IT 200 air cooled......DT 200 Watercooled (same as WR 200)
