how do you resto guys get the metal trim on the motor as opposed to the painted finish - "dremel" and sandpaper, lots of hours sanding back/polishing?

barkbusters.............. why

 Will be ridden in a few vinduros  ...so owner decided on fitting barkbusters ....
     ( to bust some bark    ::)   clever boy...Shoey   ;D)

  Has a small bash plate fitted as well, for some added case protection.
 All easily removable, should he decide to do any MX events.

Regards ,
                Steve

I noticed the little bash plate.
Is that alloy and painted or plastic?
Should be a fun mount or Vinduros.  :D
I remember riding my KX500 at a few enduros in the 80's..... damn hard work......  ;)
