Title: The Internet Mechanic!!
Post by: 3858 on November 17, 2012, 07:21:28 am
I wouldn't have said anything but the text, the re listing, and the ridiculous price open him up for criticism.....

Buy a shabby '88 model...then buy all the cheapest components from eBay...slap all the stickers from said purchases all over the bike inclusive the shock body..classy .... and put a price up to 4 times the actual value on it. Don't even worry about the rear guard being on straight or putting fork boots on it.

Like most of you I am into it all for an appreciation of the era, the racing and the love of the sport.  These guys are just trying cash in...... grrr..

And yes... I haven't had my coffee yet!!!

Yep, I've seen it floating around the internet a bit. With that tank there's a fair chance it's a US import as well.....just to add salt to the wound.

Why isn't there any side shots of the bike? Is he trying to avoid showing us something?
