THANK YOU all  Pete , Mark , Mike and Stan . After such a low day yesterday the offers of help from members is to be truthfull a bloody boost in the idea of a VMX old boys network . So thank you all .

Yep the forum good 'ol boy network works a treat. Here's another example we sorted yesterday....Jim found a perfect replacement engine for Dave T's blown up AJS on eBay USA. He had it shipped to Australia and a few weeks later picked it up from the importers and took it home. In the meantime Dave rang me from Queensland and asked if I could pick up the engine from Jims and take it to Frank Stanboroughs so he can cast his magic wand over it. I worked out with Jim to meet him at his work yesterday, where the engine (and a Rokon wheel for Jonesy) were handed over.  I'm dropping the engine at Franks later this morning........Job done, all easy.

 This type of stuff is going behind the scenes almost all the time but much of it doesn't get the airtime Iain and now Daves deals have. If you're in a fix it sure doesn't hurt to ask on here if anyone can help you out . ;)
