I don't think I'll make it if it is WA or NZ  :-)

If it go`s to NZ, it will be a waste of time, to much cost involve, shame, but it would be a nice spot.

So to summarise: CD10 should be halfway between John and Dave's... or the nearest tropical refugee camp to keep Firko happy.

I'm sure Ken is checking his map as I type...  ;D

How about Norfolk Island? ::)

How about Norfolk Island? ::)

They won't go for it!!!

I've got it on good authority that Colleen McCulloch had a bad experience on the back of a Bultaco Lobito somewhere in Maroubra back in the 70's and now she won't have anything to do with VMX...  ;D

And as we all know she carries a lot of weight on Norfolk...

Bring it back to the Barrabool Hills, or, I have just spent a week in Tasmania, Tassy would be a better site to hold CD10, close for the New Zealanders, and easy access to take the bikes over by sea.

If you want a serious answer…you came to the wrong place!!!  :o

But if you really want to know I suggest you contact Ken Smith at VMX Magazine. I can't say for sure if they have decided where and when, but you will get the best info straight from the horses mouth.  [email protected]

And then come back here for more of our witty comments...  :D

I don`t think that my comments are to outragious, Barrabool is a perfect venue, and Tasmania is a beautiful undulating place with lots to offer with perfect opportunity and why not give them ago. There are complexes out side a little town call Perth, not far from Launceston.

With respect, Tassie would not work, the cost to get car/trailers/trucks over the Bass strait is too high for most punters, only the die-hards would make the trip. i speak from experience as i raced in Tassie every Easter from 1984 - 1989 (travelling from Melb') and i managed to convince a few mates to do it . the expense was moderate as the Tassie Club "Circular Head MCC" billeted us into their homes and fed us making it affordable. yes great people and great tracks but exy all the same.

Except for all the forking rain forking!

Well it would be very costly to export a bike to New Zealand, so only the rich and die-hards could handle that expense, New Zealand is out.

C'mon join me in Laos.  it's cheaper than going to Tassie, the food and people are fanatastic and avoiding the UXO will make for some interesting riding!

Its not about the people and food in New Zealand, I would love to go, its about being sensible, for some its costly, what do you want out of CD10, a small club day weekend, or a large gathering.

Too hot, too dusty and too close to HBBB timewise but I agree with Wallerawang, it has the potential to be a great venue.

    Other than meeting a horrible little low pressure front head-on  :o( happens anywhere)  all the blokes we were with reckoned waller was a great  location with excellent tracks  ( all had a ball)  and all hope it's back there again  ,  it's also a central location for most  ;)

Wallerawang is a great venue, but part of the appeal of CDs is going somewhere new.

Really, I'd say that another year there, and would should all be speculating on where CD11 will/should/could be.
