Title: stolen From Labrador Gold Coast
Post by: oldfart on October 21, 2012, 10:15:22 am: Just had a phone call from a work mate this morning
some arseholes have payed him a visit last night and have taken two bikes out of his locked shed
One has just had a total rebuild ground up Yz 250
The other is his weekend Warrior a KTM
He lives at Labrador on the Gold Coast .... so if you come acroos these bikes please contact me.

The yz is a 1989 WR 250 ,still finding the paper work with the vin but was something like jya3rb?????1067 I think ,the engine and frame numbers are matching.
Any info ,or just keeping a look out would be greatly appreciated

Post by: oldskool on October 21, 2012, 10:42:25 pm: have a look at coomera next weekend.i went down there about 2.30 today i wasn't riding as i've sold my ute and need to rego my new trailer so i just went down there for a look this arvo.There was a white wr/yz there with green side number plates not sure about the black rims but it was a really clean bike,didn't see what car they were in as I was parked a fair distance away.Hopefully I will be there next week and will definately keep an eye out.Hope this helps and hope you get them back.cheers.

Post by: DJVGXL on December 15, 2012, 07:39:25 pm: The police chased two knobs with no helmets in helensvale , the day after they stole them. The guy on the yz stopped and jumped on the back of the ktm and got away. I was one number wrong on the vin which is why it took so long for them to track me down.its been sitting in a holding yard for two months,so hopefully it should be o.k.
