Hi all,
just putting up this info on behalf of the Viper committee.
Presentation for this years Viper Vintage Series will be held on Saturday 17th November 2012 at a rural property in Melton with a start time of 11am, the plan is to have a spit roast lunch that will be catered for.
The cost for lunch will be $25 per adult and $15 for kids including soft drinks.
Please note B.Y.O. alcohol.
There will be a raffle as per last year and the presentation will take place after lunch. As this is a family day there will be a jumping castle set up to keep the kids entertained and also a lot of room to kick a footy around etc.
Please confirm your place as soon as possible via p.m. or reply to this thread, let us now how many adults / children will be attending as the catering needs to be finalised.
The A.G.M. for 2013 committee members will also take place on this day so please be there.

Ok everybody time to get some numbers confirmed for the presentation.
A list of adults / kids that will be attending has been collected from the last few race meetings, for anyone that wasn`t at the race meetings and wish to be at the presentation could you please email your name and how many adults / kids will be with you to this email address [email protected] final numbers will be required this week.
