This beautiful machine made the trip to Canberra Classics, down from Lismore for a short practice then straight on to the trailer!
Blown head gasket!
Now I'll try some more!

Third away, close third into turn 1, mud in face then heavier rain couldn't see through muddy water but stayed on using imagination in place of vision.
RT1 went good but when the track looked great next day the HEX from home came into play!
Oh well, have another go at State Post classics Nepean November.

Hey Tim, did you ever see George Heggie's twin eng. Triumph road racer from the 60s? They were mounted side by side.

Only some photos Pancho, cannot remember much of the early sixties really as I was only 3 when they started :D
Do remember much more of the late sixties and the then "minibike boom" That was the start of my love of motorcycles. Cheers and ya got some great piccies there now mate!

My helper Brad (from next door) would have appreciated some help, you should have seen the look of relief on his face when when I gave up and pushed it straight onto the trailer!.
I am going to check the "o"ring around the main pick up in the carby as it kept on wetting the plug after thinking about it. It's not split but could be worn loose.
Cheers pancho.

George was a friend of my fathers and when I was a kid I used to wait at the pit entrance & jump on his sidecar for a joyride back to his pit. Good fella.
