Went to Coles Creek today just to watch and pick up a couple of thing to go to Melbourne when l go the GP, track was a great lay out, a good turn up for this time of year, about 50-60 bikes l would say, 4 sidecars a bit disappointing, still bloody dusty after the first round of racing even after the rain on Thursday about 20 mm I'm told.. There where about 10-12 Pre 90 big bores 2 bangers out there which was great to see....

Great day of racing even with the dust. Traction levels were very good and the track was nice and long which was nice on the big bore. Excellent venue and we are very lucky to be able to use it. Thanks to the organisers - another great race day!

A big "pat on the back" for the organisers of the new track layout at Coles Creek, which is way better than the previous track. Fast flowing with some technical stuff as well. QVMX have been very pro-active with track layouts this year, with 2 venues having makeovers. Well organised day of racing.

Yes it was a great day, long fast track that even suited 125's, lots of hard work put in by the commitee, great weather and lots of smiles. See you all at Biddadaba in a couple of weeks for the X-mas party/practice days/AGM.

Sorry for only 4 sidecars but we had a ball on what turned out to be a fantastic circuit. All natural grass track with neg camber down hill turns that needed respect at speed and a couple of tricky switch back gullies that also needed caution to do well.
It was very slippery when the grass was still on top (practice) but gripped up heaps then got dusty.
We swapped a few crews around to get the racing closer and every one had a ball as I said.
Thanks to all.
