thanks again Pokey
yesterday i put 200mls in as a stab in the dark just so i take the beast out for a play and drain/flush out the water and get back some dampening, verdit is seals are stuffed and forks are bent so ill get some new seals of sleazebay from pommyland and use a spare set of forks a mate gave me with nice chrome a no wear now of got to find some better shocks to stop the back end jumping about. not a badbike for the cost of a front brake cable and a tube,it has had new tyres/spockets/chain/brake shoes/top end rebuild of some sort its a shame they didnt do all that to the 185 im putting in a rms125 chassis and saved me some serious coin on buying parts   still shouldnt complain as both bikes were gifts
