I noticed this little suicide machine this evening too, it is the height of ridiculousness but at that price it's in a bargain in my opinion. Especially on the off chance that motor is any good, I think it would be worth buying just for the opportunity to meet the person who had the insane idea to build it!!! I really hope this thing ends up at HBBB next year!! ;D

Reminds me of the a bike I saw once (I thought it was called a Kwikasfaki but I can't find it on google).  It was a KV75 with a 750 H2 motor ...... oooh yeah .. nothing exceeds like excess  8)
