Both owners need to be shown what RESTORED actually means before being put up against a wall and shot for "motorcycle rape"

Yep, I love a good old fashioned special but that top one something else. The whole concept of swapping engines is to hopefully improve the performance of the original donor bike. Somehow though, I doubt that an MX125 engine would out perform the original RM125 motor. The $1200 he supposedly spent on the MX125 would have turned the original motor into a ball tearer and left change for new plastic and a proper paint job....and he'd still be able to kick start it ::)
Compare that piece of shit to the sweet work that Yamaico does with even worse donor bikes and you'll understand the 'special' concept.

And a gutless rev box heavy piece of pus CB250 engine????
Still I confess to having constructed some "Specials" like the SL125 with the CB500/4 engine... (Well it used the same piston,, just four of them ;) and Yes I am building a mark2 version of it as the original sadly was lost in shed fire. ;)

The second RM would be a perfectly reasonable old dunger if the seller hadn't added an extra 0 on the price...
