Shit pic but could be TS/TC125 by the look of the crank/reed valve set-up.
Just a guess tho.

The bikes in Thailand may be little tiddlers but the locals sure love tricking 'em up. They've  got a serious drag racing scene where some of these little crotch-rockets run in the 11's. You'd be amazed how trick some of these bikes are.

The Honda  Novas, is it a deformed conventional motorcycle or a half arsed step thru? and it also appears to be a mythical Honda two stroke.....
Love the design regulation compliant Dax sidecar. Super useful in Pakistan so you can put another 38.7 people on board  :)

There's a classic enduro scene in Thailand. Lots of DT, TS, etc riders, with some interesting safety gear, but a lot of smiles too (enjoying old dirt bikes is universal it seems). There's a link below but I can't read Thai and it appears you have to be signed in to view anything:

There's also this link to an image gallery with loads of shots. Beware: This site appears to be some kind of image hosting site, and does contain advertisements for other adult related material.
