When I was a boy the joke was "you can practice for a highside by jumping off the garage roof, making sure you land on your head, and having your 'mate' throw the bike on top of you". ;D

I run that pass Trevor Jordon once and he agreed but added, " Yeah, Superbikes are like that too except its a two storey building and it's a double deck bus you get hit with"  :D ;D

Consider yourself lucky. ;)  ;D

(I hope you crack a smile and not a rib and get better soon  8))

Or just buy another bike and use what you have as spares...

I was offered that bike before it went to ebay. 75 model so its no good to me to race pre 75.. Bloody pitty, if only it was a year younger. Thought about buying it and putting it all into my 74 frame but why would you destroy a one owner matching number bike to do that.

The TM can wait or maybe i just might use it as parts if I buy another, or pass it on to another racer to use as parts for their racebike... nothing has been decided... Keeping my options open. I would love to finish it.

And what about the important bit - did you damage the big Husky?

Nah mate she's fine. Missus got pissed at because I had to arrange some mates to go pick it up before allowing her to run me up to hosiptal... Then on my return raced directly out the back to check on the bike.. ;D

Quicky,
I'm not an expert But I think that a 75 TM qualifies for pre 75( due to the lack of changes)
but I am prepared to be told other wise,
Hope you get better soon, hurting isn't as much fun as it as was when younger.

Quicky,
Is this an "I can do better than you " thing or do you just copy each other??
First the Cooks foot and now you , you'll have to sit in the shed and restore that XL100, I think its the only bike you can stay on!!!!!
Just joshin' look after yourself mate.
