Looking for a round case straight cut fin motor 250cc dont care if its a cappra or scorpion dead or alive or even a complete bike 0404 401928

i know of a king scorpian frame plus engine(no carb for how long ? motor turns ) wheels ,came out of alice i don,t know that my bank acc could handle the rebuild as it seems fn  hard to find parts 1970 vintage
