Title: KTM300 Power Valve Spring

Sorry guys, not vintage related - 99 model KTM300EXC
I removed the little cover to chage the powervalve spring. Should I see engine oil coming from there. There is a constant dribble but i didnt expect to see that.

there are moving parts in there so I just assumed it was meant to be  :)
