Title: WTB - Honda XL Dakar tank

Ok I know I probably have buckleys at finding one of these but I would like a Dakar tank as fitted to the 1983 XL250/500 (and a matching seat....not wanting much of course).   ;D

Anyone know where I might find these?     :-\

on ebay! do you mean a plastic Acerbis one? search on italian and french ebay sites

I've got an Acerbis 'Africa' tank. It's not specifically made for any one model but it does hold 32 litres.  ;D
Or were you looking for something like the XL600RM tank?
A photo might help if you have one.

Hmmmm.........
The paint job is identical to the XL600RM tank but it looks a bit smaller.
No doubt, we'll keep our eyes out for you, but I don't ever recall seeing one in the flesh.

I found an XL600 Dakar tank on UK ebay. Badly beaten up and yeh looks too big. This may be a loooong search.   :-\
