much appreciated ???

Do you have a picture of exactly what you want. I've got a pile of 84 CR250 parts and might have what you need.
-
Sorry cant put any pics up on the screen but i can give you the measurements
of the old one which probably has only one race left in it.. (diameter is 3.4cm and the width is 20mm)....
Got one off Allballs today and it was way too big, there chart shows that top and
bottom rollers are the same which is just plain bullcrap....
Starting to stress out a bit hence the reason why ive put the wanted add on here..
Any half decent rollers would do the job.
Ooh and bye the way its for a 500 but pretty sure all 84 crs use the
same part.

Same size as all of them 43mm x28mm..
Its doin my head in..

Does it fit between 2 brackets or just bolted from one side?
This is a tad wider than what your looking for...

Fits between 2 brackets Geoff ..
Might have to give you a ring later on.

Just had a look at one, I can skim it down to 20mm wide if you need so if you can’t find one off the shelf then yeah, give me a call.

Had the same problem Andrew on same bike , got one from ebay 32mm od and 28mm wide not 34 od as mine had a 34 and was too tight on chain when suspension was fully extended.Only cost $15 including post.just punch in 32mm chain roller.

Andrew, I just buy a bar of nylon and drill out to suit (no bearing) just put it straight over the bolt, can buy a 1 foot rod for about 15 bucks and you will have enough rollers to out last the bike.
The problem with the 84 CR is the roller is of smaller diameter than most of the All Balls units.
Also FYI the 125,250 and 500 are all the same.

Thanks guys for all the info but i might just do what Shane has done and get a block of nylon from
where i work and make my own roller..

I had to pull the other item I posted above as I found I was out of stock and I couldn’t get them in at the moment.
Options for rollers are now…

Fitting a piece of nylon over the bolt is a good cheap option but it would be superior to use a roller with bearings is my sales pitch.
