Title: what's the GO with the hyperlink text in posts and the pop up ads?

anyone notice the annoying pop up ads when you hover the mouse over a hyperlink bit of text?

must be something the server is doing automatically. i will be interested to see if this post has one.

yep it added one to the word "server"

double edit then it added to the word "Word" groundhog day style

On the same subject....when did the video ads start appearing while uploading a photo on Photobucket?
It's soooo flucking annoying. >:(

It's definitely in your computer, Hoony.
I've had it in the past and I can't remember for sure how I did it, but I looked for the name of the program in the pop-up, then went into 'All Programs' and deleted the one of the same name.
Make sense?

All I can say is install www.mozilla.org/ Fire Fox and use it as your browser.

Not an expert but does not allow pop ups etc.

Download the Firefox add on "Addblock plus " Hoony .then install it and things may improve dramatically . This add on works very well automatically and can also be used manually to block annoying adds. Cheers Tim754

Text Enhance it was called and I went to their website which teold me how to get rid of it.
Or Google Text Enhance and a heap of info comes up.

Thats the one Tony it is "text enhance" i will try to get rid of it.
