Title: VVMXC (VIPER) Round 2.

The entry form for round 2 of VVMXC at Blue Rock on May 27th is now available. We have emailed everyone who has provided an email address, however some have bounced back. If you haven't recieved one or need one, you can contact me at [email protected] or 0417394889.

Mr & Mrs Maico will be at the track early to mid afternoon on Saturday to allow anyone who are wishing to camp. For those that have been to Blue Rock before, the entrance is now where the water tanks are which is just before the original main gates and will be sign posted.

Regrettably, my source for corner duty for this weekend advised today that they are unable to fulfil the minimum 8 corners. This is an urgent call for anyone that can assist with corner duty for Sunday, free breakfast and lunch provided and Ross Nimmo is providing a slab at the end of the day as a thankyou ;D. If you can bring someone to cover a corner, would much appreciate and if you could confirm with me prior to Sundays event on 0422 550 521.

This could be the first wet (really wet) race meeting for Viper for the year, anyone live near the Bluerock track that can give us an update. Peter.

After carefull consideration & consultation with the local track people, the VVMXC committee has decided to postpone the scheduled event for Blue Rock this Sunday, due to steady rain & a forecast for much more to come which has turned the track into spooge. The event will be re-scheduled for later in the year. Please tell everybody. I will contact all who have pre-entered to organise refunds.

Fantastic track in the dry. Can't get around the top corner when It's spooge...... :'(

We may still be running the Mitchell Recreation Ride Day at Broadford on Sunday; I was out there today, the track did look bad, plus it was too boggy to get the equipment out to do any preparation, pending the amount of rain Broadford gets tomorrow (and what is forecast for Sunday) I'll make the call tomorrow.

Broadford ..... the fastest drying mud on earth!

The track will be a little 'un prepared' (read- not graded dead flat) on the day but may still be a fun ride, stay tuned  :-)

We may even decide to use another track out there; natural terrain or rally cross, either would still be fun!

Viper have made the right call. It is still raining here at Erica and we are 1/2hr from the track, so it is regrettable the event had to be cancelled. Sorry guys  :(

Another date will come up for discussion at the next Committee Meeting.
