I like the "tow behind the ute" starting method. I can imagine the carnage in the pits if that catches on at race meets.

Frame and swing arm looks to be more of a N model ( 1979 )

The chux superwipe as an air filter should have kept that motor in excellent working order.??? (not)

Believe it or not, we always used a Chux as a pre filter on the Safari bikes. Halfway through the day, you could just rip it off and have a nice clean standard filter to get through the rest of the day.
It's true I tells ya................  ;D

Chux are overrated - I tried Chux as a tear-off but it all ended in tears.

"tow behind the ute" starting method. Is the only to get small bore 2 stroke going if the crank seals are stuffed.
I have used the tow method with big bore "KX500 and RM500" bikes just save my lazy foot and avoid that painful kickback ;D ;D ;D
