Post by: stormer 254 on February 29, 2012, 06:54:17 am
I have a mid 70s enduro and I am not sure of the year or model, the chap I bought it from was not sure either! It has matching frame and engine numbers, 67M**** but I can not out find which model they mean. Could some one enlighten me please? ???

If you could supply a picture of the bike, it would be most helpful.

depends on the rest of the number after 67m to determine year

Montesa's enduro models are not that easy to work out, montesa didn't realy change to a new model year to year, they sort of just evolved. 67m is a Enduro 360cc if it has a red tank it's an early(1979) model H6, Yellow tank came along abit later, then the H7 had a white tank. Being an Enduro it should have a compliance plate on the head stem with a build date on it I would have thought.

Hi Jurado, Do you have the same detailed info for the 54M models.
I've always wanted to find out the years/frame numbers for the 250 H6s and H7s
and the earlier ones too.
