Title: Fork chroming
Post by: lc4 on February 26, 2012, 07:49:29 pm: Have a set MR50 fork tubes that need re-chroming, I know that hard chroming is not cheap so has anyone another option or recommend a reasonably priced re chrome shop (hard chrome)?

Diamond Hard Chroming is in Enfield just around the corner from me, I'll check them out next week & let you know.

Post by: dalesween on February 27, 2012, 10:53:43 am: I have just got my YZ 80 forks back from Rad Hard Chrome in Rocklea,i am very happy with the job, they are like new and the chrome is alot better as in tougher than it was in 1981,cost=$300.

I think you will find they do. Leith rang them today to confirm - they still very definately do hardchroming of forks. Handy to know.
