NAh got a 360B here, other guys have too.

might be differant if that motor was an 432 and he had the frame.  Arse has fellout of the collectables and you and i know the 250a are as good a racer, its just the 360 is the pinup.   So unless your into collecting YZB and you have the frame for that number i reckon its getting up there assuming it hits $1,500  at least the other one that was the rebuilt 250cc had that KWaka stator on it so there was testing value.

Other than a bead blast and some new parts its not like its been tweeked. so i kinda see it as just a rebuilt motor with a sleeve in it ?  IF i was going to do another 360 i would do the motor differantly, but in saying that i'd probally still have a crack at tweeking a 250.

And Tom you've just reminded me i still have that one of yours coming somewhere out there, hopefully its in the next ship, forgotten all about that one.   Still missing the tank cap you where going to send unless its taped to the bike too.   ;D

So LEt the wolves have it....... if it was a A in an A,  then yep sure be doing abit of " art of misdirection on it" basically for static display value  :)

Fark, your a hard man Freaky.....the work and parts on the motor alone would cost more than $1500....you also have to have a 360 motor to start with....and there falling out the sky arent they?....dont sell him any more stuff Tom.....I pretty much have a whole bike minus the engine.....hey Freaksta, can you spot me $1500?

Dude your tripping what work and parts has he put on the motor that adds up to $1500 ? no wonder you guys are paying $7800 for stuff.

Seal kit $35, rod $75, main $30, little end $13, piston $50  full bearings set for gearbox $100. if its an cut Sleeve $350, mate try as i can i cant get to $1500 in work.  i'd say grand for the motor and maybe $300 for the work.  that gets me up towards my original point of $1,500 now add your postage to get itover  to you ....... boom.

So unless you got that B frame ready to go, im just saying its up there at the limit.  :)

Let me do a stock take and see what i actually have if thats the money your willing to pay.  you never know your luck.

I do have a 125A that will land up there in the next week of so, had to take it in a deal breaker, know anyone sell it at landed cost.

MAybe 2 rolling chassis YZa250 too, but they have had laydown work on them if i remember correctly.  Rejig up a Dt1/2 motor and be the cheapest fasted pre 75 you'd have  ;)

It's what ever the market will bear. How much do complete YZ360B's sell for?

Two years ago I was outbid on a rebuilt Ossa Phantom motor for $1600.

Last year I tried to sell my rebuilt Kawasaki KX250 A4 motor and could only get $500.  As Freaky said I needed that guy who had a roller A4 ready for a motor.

More fool him Davey..     a fool and there money are easily parted as they say......  trip away.

only the 2 guys bid over the $1,600........ which says to me the real average market price was that ( the rest is auction run)

All that guy bought was a cleaned up 360B motor,  its up to him what he pays.  Just saying i cant see it as a good deal, except for the seller.
I would rather bid on that OW26 motor, for that money. ( currently only $1,500)
OR toms pre production with eh OW13 stuff for the same coin.

But you Qlders have got far too much money anyway....  :D

that ow26 is now $3500 :o :o alot of $$ for something shagged out and has no chance of just bolting in to a frame without frame surgery

I don't see it but if you are flush collector of YZs and have the rest of the bike then maybe..... it is all about what the total bike costs in the end.

That's not a lot of money for a works engine. Someone buying it would be piecing together a works bike or maybe just a collector, you wouldn't buy it to put in some standard shit box frame and use it.. You can't get parts for it!!
