I recently asked Metro Racing if they still made their Husky VMX pants, as they were no longer on their website. They advised me that they no longer sold Husky items as the new owner of Husqvarna, BMW, "do not allow outside licensing". >:( I guess we should buy up what VMX gear we can while it is available. Note that I resist the temptation to comment on BMW.

They had a similar approach from Yamaha who asked them to desist from selling items with the tuning fork logo.
Capitalist pigs.

Hopefully the good people at Metro racing can reach a similar agreement with BMW as they did with the Honda Corp. USA
I'm now glad i purchased a few pairs of the Metro dud's and jersey's .
Another great option is , if you go to Motor Cycle Accessories , MCA at Auburn in Sydney , they have a good range of J T riding gear (excluding helmets) , one set they distribute is in the Husky blue and yellow. Looks sensational with the matching gloves. Very good quality gear and they are reasonably priced.
The riding pants are very good quality with multipule adjustment points for those that are in between sizes etc , including good spacing in the mid leg area for knee braces and knee guards.
If your keen PM me your email address, and i will shoot a couple of pic's of the JT gear over the week-end and email them to you.
