Watched new English version of the Swedish film based on the Stieg Larrson trilogy 'Girl with the Dragon tattoo' last night, an absolute awesome flick. Leading lady character rides a bike around at break neck speeds makes it even better. Enough plot twists and turns to keep even the most hardened spy novel fan happy.
Going to aquire the sequels 'Girl who played with fire' and 'Girl who kicked a hornets nest' in Swedish with subtitles, according to my sources these pictures might well be available on something called a torrent website ;)
English versions of the sequels are being filmed right now.
PS almost forgot more than enough rooting. Lots of kudos to anyone who spots the Aussie actor

Hey Lozza,
I can't imagine that the Hollywood version would be better than the original. It is not as though they have a great track record with their remakes...
And I can't see myself paying $14 to find out.
Glad you enjoyed it, great story...
I'm off to see Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy tomorrow - now that I am looking forward to!!!!

Why pay at all (whistling) watched Tinker Tailor last week Gary Oldman has taken over Robert Mitchum's mantle as the "actor who can convey the most with the least amount of facial expression" meister.
Not sure if it's a Hollywood or Brit remake judging by the length I would say not.
