Title: Is this a Yamaha?

Does anyone know anything about these things?

By the look of them they are a rebadged Yamaha?
If so, what model are they based on?

FWIW this advert was in U.S. Dirt Bike in early '74.

Ah, so it's not actually a Yamaha.
