Title: CR500 1988 Tank and shrouds

2 part question.

1) Will a 1989 CR500 or CR250 tank fit on a 1988 model.

2) Anyone know where to get a set of radiator shrouds for a 1988 CR500. Seems like they use the earlier (86-87) shrouds with the later model fighting red.

I think you would get hung up on the pipe, the '89 had a low pipe, '88 had a high pipe, they are big barstards aren't they.

I can't answer your question but Honda changed so much every year. The 85 and 86 500's tank looks the same but are different. Even the shrouds.
