Title: overseas new helmet query

hey .thinking of buying new jt racing helmet from usa .any one know if i could race with it here.as they probably wont have the aust stand silver sticker on it.thanks .

i know if you buy a bell from the usa its ok to use i think the gcr s on ma web site will tell you what stickers are ok. a guy at nepean has one and allways takes the ma book with him book marked at the page with approval no in it

Yep MA recognise the US standards for race meets, but it won't be legal for road use

You no longer need the Aus standard sticker but must have sewn inside either a dot or snell label. The gcr's were change last year.

Yeah, you can get all the other JT gear here, do they import the helmet as well?

With reference to appendix  1   
                              USA = snell  M2010 ( label affixed  inside the helmet )
All explained on page  254  of MOMs 2012
