These Honda RC 166 Race Machine are magic looking bike, I take my hat off to the brilliant man that built it.

I can't help wondering whether he made the components by 3D printing them or good old casting and machining?

Looking at the barrel fins being separate pieces would suggest that he cast everything rather than used a 3d printer/rapid prototyper
