It may be a testament to my wife's sense of humour that I got a pack of powdered ice cream to go with my trailer project. :-\

Popeye, all's good with No.1 son getting better. Just glad he's home and on the mend. It's amazing how one day their not feeling the best an the next he's have surgery to remove an abcess that went septic. Now the young bloke has 2 arseholes. Does this mean he'll be able to eat twice as much? Good help me I can't fill the fridge quick enough as it is !

Santa got me some poor sucker to buy my DR..........  :D :D  :D
Actually, that bit means I can get another project done and dusted. Thanks Matt!  ;D

I didn't get much bike related but did have a great day trying to fly a remote controlled helicopter with my boy.
On that subject, I don't think we can beat Curly's day.  ;D

That's a hoot. ;D I'm glad it's all good now Curly. I had a nice Christmas with the relly's and got the same old same old Christmas presents although I did get an unexpected a subscription to Rolling Stone magazine from my cousin. I've got one more party to go tomorrow and then I can get back in the shed and working on the projects.

This is a good one.
Seems the Mike Landman's boys tracked down his 1979 race bike. The quote from Brent was;

"My present for my dad his 1979 Australian championship winning bike, he was stoked"

A new M2R helmet, the one in the FMF colours, it goes pretty well with my Suzuki riding gear and the TM125
and two sets of TM125 tank graphics. Hopefully I'll get the tanks painted for my birthday

I got a webber aswel
I'd be lost without both of my Webers. For the fifth year in a row I cooked the Christmas turkey on one Weber and a couple of ducks on the other one. I've got the traditional coal fired kettle version which I find better than the borrowed gas model I used to do the roast pork. Once you've cooked a roast on a Weber you wont go back to using an electric or gas oven. ;)

My uncle gave me his first car which I am very happy about I will need to do it up but it is a classic.

Also my Grandfather has found me 4 motorbikes at one of his mates so all I know is they are old racers so I am looking forward to finding out what they are, thanks Michael.

Yeah I don't know what the bikes are yet but from what my Grandpa was saying they sound like they are pre60.

Dad and I will probably go there this weekend to pick them up.

The car is a Datsun 240z which is going to be a lot of fun it is red and manual.

Also my husky is getting registered this Thursday it is a 98 wr 360, lots going on in our shed very soon. :)

Hey Ross.
It is a 83 K model. Just arrived from Colarado. The guy that owned it was a Yamaha Factory "B rider" back in 82,83,84 and this was his personal bike. He has completely rebuilt the bike, to exact factory specs, same as his race bike in 83. It has only 4 hours on it since the rebuild, and he said it had cost him plenty of dollars. I virtually stole it from him for $2730 AUS. Just need to get the jetting/carby sorted as it is set for high altitude.
Cheers, Wayne
